аHouston Web Tech will provide support before, during, and after we design your website. We provide professional site maintenance and upgrades to both returning customers and new customers. Each customer is different in terms of the level of involvement they wish to have in the creation and maintenance of their website. We will work with every customer to provide exactly the amount of support they require.
Updates / Maintenance For those clients who want to focus on what they know best - running their business - we are available to handle all maintenance and upgrade tasks, based on our hourly rate of $50.00, billable in 15-minute increments.
Customer-Managed Updates / Maintenance Some customers of ours want to be involved in every detail of their website and want to be able to make updates to the site themselves. The solution for these customers depends on their level of webpage knowledge - some know enough about the coding behind a website to make updates themselves. For those who might not have this knowledge, we can install a program on the site that will allow the customer to make minor modifications themselves. The costs of these programs vary and depend on the complexity of the site and the knowledge of the customer so if you are interested in this option, please contact us for a custom quote.
